🎤 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏?

My journey with FCTG began in 2019 in Sydney after spending eight incredible years as cabin crew with Qantas and Virgin Australia. While I loved helping people explore the world, I found myself wanting to be part of the journey from the very beginning. Joining Flight Centre gave me the opportunity to combine my passion for travel with building genuine relationships and helping clients create memories that last a lifetime.

🎤 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒅?

I started as a Travel Consultant before progressing to Team Leader at Flight Centre Murray Street Mall. During that time, I had the privilege of mentoring and developing an amazing team, train new consultants, and supporting the opening of a second Perth CBD location. In June 2024, I moved across to Cruiseabout Australia as a Senior Cruise Specialist, helping relaunch the brand and focusing on luxury cruises and premium travel experiences—something I’m incredibly passionate about.

No two days are ever the same, and that's what I love about it! I work with clients to design unforgettable holidays, specialising in ocean, river, expedition and luxury cruising. From bucket-list voyages to once-in-a-lifetime world cruises, I love helping people turn their travel dreams into reality and being part of the excitement.

🎤 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒌𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅?

Without a doubt, the people. Whether it's customers, teammates, leaders or industry partners, I'm constantly surrounded by passionate people who genuinely love what they do. FCTG has given me opportunities I never imagined when I first joined, and I'm incredibly grateful to work in an environment that encourages growth, celebrates success, and allows us to share our love of travel every day.

I've also been fortunate to achieve industry recognition through CLIA and NTIA nominations, but the greatest reward is helping clients create memories they'll never forget.

🎤 𝑾𝒉𝒐 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆?

Travel is still a huge part of my life! I've spent 83 sea days cruising (and counting), and you'll usually find me researching my next trip before I've even finished the current one. When I'm not travelling, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, relaxing with a glass of Champagne, and indulging my love of aviation and cruising. A travel nerd at heart I love learning about ships, aircraft, destinations and the stories behind them.

London - the perfect mix of history, culture, iconic landmarks, incredible food, and easy access to the rest of Europe. Every time I visit, I discover something new - a hidden pub, new theatre show, or neighbourhood I've never explored. It always feels a little like coming home.
