Technical preparation
To support a smooth interview experience we recommend a stable internet connection, a device with microphone capability, an updated browser or meeting application, and testing your technology in advance.
If you would like to test your setup beforehand, your recruiter can provide a test meeting link. If technology or internet access may be a challenge, please let us know and we will find alternative solutions.
If technology issues occur
Use the contact information provided in your invitation. Your recruiter or interviewer will assist, or reschedule if needed.
Dress code
Business casual or business formal attire is generally recommended. We recognise that clothing and appearance is an extension of who we are, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion aims to remove barriers so people can bring their full selves to work. Candidates are encouraged to dress in a way that reflects their self-identity, including cultural background. Where a disability, temporary or permanent, makes these guidelines difficult, please contact your recruiter for support.
Camera expectations
For most virtual interviews camera use is required to support conversation and connection. Camera participation is flexible to accommodate accessibility, comfort or technical needs. Options may include audio-only participation, turning the camera on only for introductions, or an alternative interview format.
Accommodation and support
Candidates are encouraged to request accommodations at any stage of the hiring process.
Requesting accommodations will never negatively impact your candidacy. All requests are handled confidentially and shared only as needed to support your experience.
How to request
Contact our Recruitment Team using the details on our contact page, or reply to the recruiter who invited you. Whenever possible we recommend submitting requests at least two business days before your interview, though requests are welcome at any time.
