🎤 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏?

It began in Singapore as an Assistant Web Designer at Flight Centre, marking a major career shift from my previous role as a Java Developer in India. With a B.Tech engineering background, moving into a creative field was a deliberate decision to combine my technical foundation with a growing interest in digital and creative work.I spent 10 years with FCM Travel Asia Singapore before relocating to Mumbai, India, about a year ago. The move was seamless, and my leaders were very supportive when I shared my request, as the reason was to be closer to my family. Experiences like this truly reflect the culture of care within the organisation.

I lead Creative Services across Asia as part of the global team and, more recently, also lead the Marketing Hub based in Mumbai. My focus is enabling teams to do their best work through collaboration, inclusion, clear ways of working, and sustainable growth. I partner closely with brand managers to deliver Asia marketing strategies aligned to regional priorities and represent the Marketing Hub (Content, Creative, Digital, Lifecycle, Product), ensuring visibility, alignment, and strong stakeholder support.

I’m a mom to two kids (10 and 7), which continually challenges and shapes how I grow. I enjoy strength training, journaling, and reading when I can - not always easy to fit it all in, but they keep me grounded and motivated.

Bali - for its balance of beaches, greenery, hills, and rich culture. As an Indian the spiritual energy feels familiar and deeply calming, offering a rare mix of relaxation, inspiration, and grounding.
