What started as a passion for travel quickly grew into a fulfilling career, and over the years I progressed into Team Leader roles, then into tech. FCTG has always felt like home.

πŸŽ€π‘Ύπ’‰π’‚π’• 𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 π’šπ’π’– 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒅? I've held roles from travel consultant to Team Leader, and now Business Analyst and Platform Lead. With a forced career break due to COVID I completed my Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics at RMIT. I rejoined in 2023 with fresh perspective and renewed passion for shaping customer experiences through technology and analytics.

I work within the Customer Interaction Management program and customer channelling as a technology platform. Recently we rolled out Salesforce and integrated Genesys telephony to nearly 3000 users. My role spans requirements gathering, solution design and cross-team alignment. I run Agile ceremonies & collaborate with technical teams to deliver projects like AI-powered chatbots and intelligent customer routing to the right agent. It's a blend of Business Analysis, scrum master, communications, product management and platform stewardship.

πŸŽ€π‘Ύπ’‰π’‚π’• π’Œπ’†π’†π’‘π’” π’šπ’π’– π’Šπ’π’”π’‘π’Šπ’“π’†π’…? The people, innovation, and trust to try new things. I've been blessed with incredible female mentors in sales, ops and tech. I work on projects that genuinely transform how customers interact with our brands. My decade in retail stores means I'm personally connected to both customers and our consultants - the opportunity to advocate for both is more than enough motivation.

πŸŽ€π‘Ύπ’‰π’ 𝒂𝒓𝒆 π’šπ’π’– π’π’–π’•π’”π’Šπ’…π’† 𝒕𝒉𝒆 π’π’‡π’‡π’Šπ’„π’†? I love exploring new hobbies, travelling, cooking and staying curious. I'm currently tackling boxing and weightlifting, diving deeper into AI, perfecting the at-home Bun Cha recipe and hiking to waterfalls whenI can. I'm also passionate about personal growth, usually with a podcast, audiobook, or new learning project.

πŸŽ€π‘Ύπ’‰π’‚π’•'𝒔 π’šπ’π’–π’“ π’‡π’‚π’—π’π’–π’“π’Šπ’•π’† π’˜π’π’“π’Œ π’•π’“π’Šπ’‘?I've been blessed with work trips from Hawaii to Malaysia to Morocco and beyond...but my favourite is still Egypt with Intrepid in 2019, including flights to Abu Simbel and a cruise down the Nile. Close second is the 2018 Sno N Ski Mega Famil to Whistler, Sun Peaks, Big White and Silverstar!

πŸŽ€π‘Ύπ’‰π’‚π’•'𝒔 π’šπ’π’–π’“ π’‡π’‚π’—π’π’–π’“π’Šπ’•π’† π’…π’†π’”π’•π’Šπ’π’‚π’•π’Šπ’π’?Japan. I majored in Japanese and spent time studying in Fukuoka, which gave me real appreciation for the culture and language. I love Japan for its incredible outdoors - especially snowboarding in Hakuba and Niseko after a busy year. Whether exploring peaceful gardens or heading up a chairlift on a crisp winter morning, Japan has it all.
