We understand that interviews can feel unfamiliar orstressful. This guide explains what to expect throughout our virtual interviewprocess, how to prepare, and how to request support or accommodations at anystage.

What to Expect in Our Hiring Process

1.     Application Review

Our recruitment team reviews applications and identifies candidates whose experience aligns with the role.

2.     Recruiter Screening Conversation

A recruiter may invite you to a short phone or video conversation to:

1.       Learn more about your background

2.       Share details about the position

3.       Review next steps

4.       Discuss any required assessments

3.     Assessments (if applicable)

Some roles include skills assessments or job simulations. Your recruiter will explain:

·       The purpose of the assessment

·       Expectedtime commitment

·       Evaluation approach

·       Available accommodations

4.     Interview Stage

You may participate in one or more virtual interviews with hiring leaders or team members. Some interviews may also include a presentation component. Your recruiter will provide details in advance if this applies to your process.

5.     Decision & Offer

Your recruiter will communicatenext steps and outcomes once the process is complete. For successful candidates, this will include initiating a background check prior to an offerbeing finalized.

We aim to keep candidates informedthroughout each stage.

Before Your Virtual Interview

Interview Invitation: What You’ll Receive

If selected to move forward, your invitation will include:

  • Interview: date and time
  • Expected: duration
  • Interview: format (phone or video)
  • Platform: details (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • Names: and roles of interviewers
  • Meeting: link or contact method
  • Recruiter: contact information

You will receive an interview confirmation email withdetails about your interview, preparation guidance and helpful resources,including the following:

Technical Preparation

To support a smooth interview experience, we recommend:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device with microphone capability
  • Updated browser or meeting application
  • Testing your technology in advance

If you would like to test your setup beforehand, yourrecruiter can provide a test meeting link.

If technology or internet access may be a challenge, pleaselet us know - we are happy to find alternative solutions.

If Technology Issues Occur

If technical difficulties arise:

  • Use the contact information provided in your invitation.
  • Your recruiter or interviewer will assist or reschedule if needed.

Dress Code

Business casual or business formal attire is generally recommended. Our team recognizes that clothing and appearance serves as anextension of who we are and our commitment to diversity and inclusion aims toeliminate barriers for employees to bring their full selves to work. Candidatesare encouraged to dress in a manner that reflects their self-identity,including cultural background. We also recognize that there may be a need foraccommodation to these guidelines for candidates with a disability (temporaryor permanent). Camera Expectations

For most virtual interviews, camera use is required tosupport conversation and connection. However, camera participation is flexibleto accommodate accessibility, comfort, or technical needs.

Options may include:

  • Audio-only participation
  • Turning the camera on only for introductions
  • Alternative interview formats

During the Interview

Interview formats may vary depending on the role, but atypical interview includes:

·      Candidate presentation or assessment (ifapplicable)

·      Time for your questions

·      Overview of next steps

Creating a Supported Experience

We aim for interviews to feel conversational and supportive.

You are welcome to:

·      Take notes

·      Pause to think before answering

·      Ask for clarification

·      Request breaks when needed

·      Have water or step away briefly if required

There is no single “right” way to interview. We valuediverse communication styles and experiences.

After the Interview

Next Steps

Your recruiter will communicate expected timelines followingyour interview. Timelines may vary depending on the role, interview scheduling,and overall process requirements.

We aim to keep candidates informed throughout the processand will provide updates as they become available.

Outcome Communication

  • Successful  candidates: Contacted with next steps and offer details
  • Unsuccessful  candidates: Notified by the recruiter once a decision is made
