I joined Flight Centre as an agent in January 2011 and immediately felt that I had found my professional fit. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to take on a variety of roles, including store manager with ownership responsibilities, as well as positions within finance, such as reconciliations, audit, and online finance. I now work in systems development as a Business Analyst. These career opportunities, particularly as a mother with young children, would not have been available to me in other organisations, and I am truly grateful for the support and flexibility that FCTG provides to working parents. I feel both empowered and valuable as a member of the team, which has been crucial in keeping my career path engaging and full of potential as I continue to grow professionally.
