Job Summary
We are looking for a Tailor-made Support Intern to join Discova’s Sales Support team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the travel industry, supporting the creation and coordination of tailor-made travel experiences through research, administration, and operational support. Based in one of our Discova offices across Asia Pacific or Latin America, you will gain valuable exposure to global destinations, supplier networks, and travel operations.
About the Opportunity
As a member of the Tailor-made Sales team, you will play an important support role in delivering exceptional service to our travel partners. Working closely with experienced travel professionals, you will assist with itinerary preparation, destination research, documentation, and internal coordination while developing practical industry knowledge in a dynamic global business.
Your main responsibility is:
- Support the preparation of travel documentation, including confirmations, vouchers, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is correctly entered into company systems.
- Assist with destination and supplier research to support tailor-made itinerary development.
- Help coordinate bookings, payment follow-up, and internal operational processes.
- Prepare personalised travel materials and support partner communications under supervision.
- Participate in training and continuously build destination and industry knowledge.
About You
The Essentials:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
