- Manage and maintain Jira epics, stories, and documentation in Confluence across the FCTG Atlassian space
- Contribute to BA standards, process improvement frameworks, and delivery governance
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Business Analysts within the PM&E and Supply Finance teams
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Finance or ERP delivery context

- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment
- Confident facilitating sessions with both technical teams and senior finance stakeholders
- Collaborative by nature, with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
