About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns across Europe, driving growth and shaping how FCM shows up in key markets.

As Campaigns Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline, support sales activity and position FCM as a credible, standout brand across the region. From Account Based Marketing programmes targeting enterprise clients, to growth campaigns across SME and M&E segments, you’ll play a central role in delivering measurable impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with EU Marketing Managers, in-market specialists, Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, insight-driven and commercially focused. You’ll also oversee the creation of compelling campaign content, sales enablement assets and bid materials that support the full customer journey - from awareness to win.

This role offers a balance of creativity, strategy and performance - owning campaigns end-to-end, managing budgets and timelines, and continuously optimising based on data and results. You’ll also act as a key voice within the business, championing marketing initiatives and presenting campaign insights to senior stakeholders.

About you

You’re a driven and commercially minded marketer with a passion for delivering campaigns that make a real business impact.

You bring proven experience managing end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, social and account-based strategies. You’re confident working across diverse markets and stakeholders, bringing organisation, structure and energy to everything you do.

You’re equally comfortable diving into performance data as you are generating creative ideas—translating insights into clear actions that improve results. A natural communicator, you can confidently present to senior audiences, influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships across teams.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality. You’re proactive, solutions-focused and bring fresh thinking - someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and contribute ideas that elevate campaigns.

Experience in B2B marketing is essential, and exposure to the corporate travel sector or a similar environment would be a strong advantage. Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics or Power BI will set you up for success in this role.
