As our next Organisational Change Manager (OCM), you will play a vital role in orchestrating seamless transitions in systems, processes, people, and culture within Flight Centre Travel Group. You'll spearhead people change initiatives crucial for project and organisational success by joining a collaborative and vibrant project team within the Project Management Office (PMO). From rolling out new systems to embedding fresh ways of thinking, you’ll help teams not just adapt, but thrive!

Day in the life:

  • Your Team: You'll work as a valued member of the OCM team, within a global PMO, managing change across various projects and bodies of work
  • Your Scope: You'll be responsible for all aspects of Change Management from identifying impacts, assessing business and employee readiness, developing communications and artefacts, tracking success metrics
  • Your Stakeholders: Work with key stakeholders across the globe to manage and deliver change management activities and deliverables aligned to the FCTG Change Management Framework

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications or certification in Change Management (e.g. APMG, CMI, PROSCI, etc.) or related disciplines
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a change manager within a large, multidisciplinary organisation and have experience with both ICT related and organisational related changes
  • Knowledge: An understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks, and able to apply this to key change management deliverables (e.g. change impact analysis, assessing business readiness, creation and curation of artefacts, content and collateral, written and digital communications for change, facilitating engagement sessions and workshops
  • Logistics: The ability to work on global projects, which may mean working outside standard business hours to cater for time zone differences. Some duty travel may be required to our offices across the globe (think places like Brisbane, Johannesburg, Paris, New York, Singapore - to name a few)
