Join our dynamic Marketing team and play a key role in bringing our Cruise brands to life. In this support-focused role, you’ll help execute marketing strategies that boost awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to sales growth across both divisions. From coordinating campaigns to assisting with reporting and day‑to‑day operational tasks, you’ll provide essential support to ensure our marketing initiatives run smoothly and successfully—ultimately helping fuel the ongoing growth of the business.

A day in the life:

  • Manage website workflow to ensure page content is delivered accurately, on brand, and aligned with marketing priorities
  • Conduct regular QA checks to ensure website content is accurate, correctly categorised, and fully functional
  • Support SEO efforts through keyword research, meta descriptions, and content optimisation
  • Contribute to digital marketing initiatives to enhance website performance and drive conversion
  • Assist with paid campaigns, email marketing, events, sponsorships, and promotional activities
  • Support content creation through creative briefs and coordinating assets
  • Prepare partnership proposals, case studies, and marketing presentations
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics and data insights
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Sales, Digital, and other internal teams to support marketing execution
  • Coordinate communications with cruise teams, tourism bodies, and external partners
  • Conduct market research, including competitor and consumer trend analysis
  • Provide general administrative support to the Cruise Marketing Leader

Who you are

  • 1–2 years’ marketing experience, ideally within travel or tourism
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to take ownership
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with willingness to learn new tools
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to team success
