As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping business outcomes across Flight Centre Travel Group- Supply Technology environment, using your strong analytical mindset, relationship‑building skills, and leadership capability to elevate both project delivery and the analysts around you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure alignment across multiple products and delivery roadmaps
- Guide planning, prioritisation, and progress of major strategic initiatives
- Drive clear, proactive stakeholder communication and issue resolution
- Lead workshops to gather requirements, define scope, and manage risks
- Produce high‑quality documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Evaluate and improve processes, systems, and data flows for greater efficiency
- Collaborate with Product Leaders, Product Managers, Engineering, and Architects
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted adviser across the Supply Technology team
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience leading complex initiatives end‑to‑end
- Strong capability with JIRA, Confluence, and BA methodologies
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
- Highly organised, self‑driven, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and risk evaluation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Passion for mentoring others and contributing to a high‑performing BA community
