Annual Leave

  • Holiday leave to explore the world, or nap at home – 15-20 days based on job longevity.
  • Sick leave for when you really just need to be in bed – 30 days for every 3 years.

  • Study leave to really nail that theory (for approved / relevant external study) – 5 days.
  • Bereavement leave for when you just need time alone to reflect – 3 days.

  • Longevity leave to say thanks for your loyalty and dedication – an additional 5 days of leave per year after 5 years of service. An extra day is given for each year’s service thereafter, to a maximum of 10 years.
