ANNUAL LEAVE

  • Holiday leave – 15 days
  • Sick leave – 30 days for every 3 years
  • Educational leave (for eligible employees) – 5 days
  • Study leave (for approved / relevant external study) – 5 days
  • Bereavement leave – 3 days
  • Family responsibility leave – 3 days
  • Volunteer leave – 1 day
  • Longevity leave – After 5 years’ service, an additional 5 days of leave per year. Thereafter an extra day is given for each year’s service to a maximum of 10 years
  • Maternity leave – 4 months
  • Paternity leave – 7 days
