About the Opportunity
Infinity Cruise is a growing wholesale business, operating 7 days a week, supporting our retail brands nationwide. If you have a passion for cruising or selling cruises, we have several exciting opportunities for experienced, customer-focused consultants to join our successful teams as full-time wholesale cruise consultants.
As a Wholesale Cruise Consultant you will:
- Provide a seamless one stop wholesale travel service related to cruise products, for our retail agents
- Support travel consultants with all aspects of their clients' holiday bookings, including flights, accommodation, tours and activities and transfers with the aim of generating business for the organisation
- Be responsible for elements of the office operations through specified directorships
- Use a range of internet based quoting, booking and invoicing systems
- Ensure 100% customer service to our clients including impeccable attention to detail
- Be a part of a non-customer facing role
- Be involved in the fastest growing division of Flight Centre Travel Group
To be successful as a Wholesale Cruise Consultant you will need:
- One year's experience in wholesale or retail travel
- Cruise experience or a passion for cruising is a must
- High attention to detail
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and enhance relationships through exceptional customer service
- Positive-natured and motivated to excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with flexibility in working hours
