Job Purpose
The P1 Operations Lead is an expert in their field and will be responsible for the Business Operations stream across the 6 phases of the project on behalf of the Americas. These range from identification of business requirements, change management activities and managing workarounds on behalf of the Brand across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Project Initiation
Participation in onboarding activities
Communicate any missing workflows
Project team kick-off meeting
Participation in the support, training, UAT approach and business readiness planning.
Business Requirements
Identify and document gaps in the Business Requirements in relation to your Discipline
Review Use cases and acceptance criteria
Clarify Business requirements with the Business Analyst and developers to ensure understanding of functionality before development occurs
Identify and Communicate risks and change impacts to the business.
Approve solution designs on behalf of the business.
Involvement in Training Needs analysis.
Review existing system and training documentation.
Review Test strategy.
Design & Development
Participate in Testing periods; Assist with business improvement changes;
Involvement & validation in data migration and system configuration.
Review and update test cases and ensure no business scenarios are missing via Requirements traceability.
Onboard Business Resources and Trainers prior to testing periods
Assist with Training materials
Identify and Communicate risks and change impacts to the business.
Review and update process flows and steps documenting future state
Present Operations process workflows
Deployment
Assist Trainers with FAQ
Assist with Change Management messages and escalation processes.
Assist with training logistics
Involvement in Cutover
Support
Floor walkers / On-ground Support for go live
Ownership of process flows for alternate solutions
Embed & Sustain
Ownership of process improvements
Involvement in Regional version release
Troubleshooting and triage
Ownership of any business and solution changes.
Responsible for updating Knowledge Base

Extensive experience in forming and creating buy-in, ownership and empowerment within teams

Expertise
Considered an expert in your field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations.

Systems
Expert in Sabre
Proficient with Microsoft office including word and excel
Desirable: Visio, Microsoft Project
Desirable: D365 FO, Corporate RDX, Leisure RDX
