HCM Product Manager - Brisbane
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Product Manager to drive the implementation of our new HCM product. You will be helping to define the future of how we scale and support our global workforce across all phases of the employee life-cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
- Represents the customer needs and requirements to drive feature implementation and development with associated technology teams
- Develop clear positioning of the products to both the internal and external stakeholders
- Define detailed specs/user stories that take into account UX, business and technical constraints
- Directly interact with developers and designers to take their feedback into account
- Define high level requirements and direction for new product/features/prototypes
- Define the products’ roadmap, selecting the most valuable features
- Manage functional dependencies between products through the use of common platforms and the need for integrated solutions
- Deliver deployment & adoption measurement and reporting
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Relevant University degree and/or industry qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with direct product ownership
- 2+ years of experience in the HCM space (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits)
- Experience in creating employee digital experience programs
- Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps & functional specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team, including external partners
- Demonstrated experience of deployment and optimisation of technology products
- Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products
- Technical fluency; ability to discuss technology concepts and new opportunities with technical team members
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritizing in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to motivate a team, provide clear direction, and give insight on industry trends
