About the opportunity
The role of the Growth Account Manager is to increase the total spend of our existing customers, with a focus on those currently within the $100k - $500k range.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Identify existing customers with highest growth potential
- Set meetings with customers to discuss growth opportunities
- Use business analysis, recommendations and sales techniques in each customer meeting
- Set the Business Leader up to achieve 100% stick rate following the meeting
- Hand over effectively to ensure minimal involvement post-meeting
- Attend a minimum of 12 new customer meetings per month
- Attend at least one meeting per team per period defined
- Manage a list of customers for each team and use business research to prioritise target list
- Ensure the business understands the BSM role and structure for customer targeting
- Increase total spend for every customer met with
- Accurately record everything in Salesforce
- Participate in all sales activities as part of the sales team
Your success will be measured through the following KPI's:
- 12 new meetings per month
- 2 customer referrals per month
- $9M target (made up of additional business and new wins)
- Stick rate 100%
Wage structure:
- OTE = $120K+ super
- (Base = $70K, On Target Incentive of $50K)
- Plus higher earnings potential for exceeding targets / uncapped commission
