Flight Centre has a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Support Consultant within Global Procurement Network team, in our Head Office in New Malden. The team service Flight Centre’s wholesale and online travel brands including Infinity Holidays. You’ll provide an effective helpdesk support service for those internal and external stakeholders, assisting in the wholesale operations support area. This includes reservations queries, complaints and supporting the product that is contracted by GPN and sold by wholesale. This is a customer service based role where developing strong long term relationships with wholesale and supplier partners is key.

We're looking for:

  • Strong education (degree is preferred)
  • Wholesale industry experience (desirable)
  • Customer service focused
  • Problem solving ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Knowledge about the travel industry and Flight Centre wholesale
  • Good systems knowledge (Calypso desirable), MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

This is the ideal role for someone looking to get into GPN. You'll be rewarded with a salary of £30,000 (pro rata) with up to 10% annual bonus based on GPN profit result plus fantastic benefits including:
