GPN Salesforce Administrator - Montvale NJ
Job Purpose: To serve as the primary regional system administrator for The Travel Group global network on the Salesforce.com platform with 500+ users.
Accountabilities
User engagement & adoption
- Drive user engagement
- Identify and implement initiatives that will improve end-user adoption
- Assist in training of users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- New feature and release training
User support
- Handle all basic administrative functions including reports & dashboards, workflows, user account maintenance and other routine tasks
- Continually analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance, support and insight into the The Travel Group decision making process
- Identify solutions to improve the business’s return on investment (ROI) in the platform
Global governance
- Recommend global solutions where appropriate
- Adhere to global governance to ensure system integrity
- Ensure regional priorities are addressed within the global team
- Keep up to date with global projects
Project management & delivery
- End to end management of projects as required; including scoping, business analysis, ROI analysis, resourcing, and project delivery
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
- Capture and analyze future state requirements for regional and global initiatives
Data management
- Identify data gaps and issues
- Ensure data within the platform is maintained to a high quality

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce.com setup and configuration essential
- Degree desired
- Agile Project Management desired
- Flight Centre Travel Group experience desired
