GPN Procurement Salesforce Executive - Montvale NJ
Job Purpose: To serve as the SME for Salesforce within the Global Procurement business.
Accountabilities
User Support
- Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reporting and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Serve as procurement representative to the Salesforce Admin team and global stakeholders
- Continually analyze and test existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance, support and insight into the Global Procurement Network decision making process
User Engagement
- Document and maintain procurement related processes for Salesforce utilization
- Creation and management of Procurement Salesforce dashboards and reporting requirements
- Communication of updates and processes to global Procurement business
- Drive user engagement
- Provide input into new system features
- Identify and implement initiatives that will improve Procurement adoption
- Effectively act as the liaison between Procurement and wider GPN business and global stakeholders regarding Salesforce
Global Governance & Compliance
- Recommend global solutions where appropriate
- Ensure system and data integrity across Global Procurement business
- Ensure adherence to global requirements across procurement teams globally
- Keep up to date with global projects
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across global Procurement discipline
- End to end management of Procurements Salesforce projects

- Salesforce Certified Administration Credential experience desired
