Experienced Retail Team Leader - Young

As a store manager of Young retail business, not only will you be growing your brand and business as part of your local community, you'll do this with the backing of Australia's largest retail travel group. You will be driven to lead and inspire a team of travel consultants. Not only will you enjoy uncapped individual earning potential, you will also have the opportunity to earn part of your store's profit and may be offered the opportunity to invest in the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Creating a great environment for your customers and team
- Driving financial results and KPI's of the business
- Motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
- Coaching and mentoring your team members
- Providing vision and focus for your team
- Managing all aspects of the store's business environment including budgets and finances
- Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team
- Implementing and adherring to daily, weekly and monthly systems
- Positively impacting your local community
To be considered, you'll have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership position
- Great business results and a record of achievement
- A demonstrated ability to engage a community and client base
- An inspiring and motivational attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage change
- An alignment to our company purpose and philosophies
