Business Analyst - Fixed-Term Contract
Working as part of our permanent Business Transformation Team in the Auckland CBD office, you'll assist in project delivery across the Flight Centre Travel Group.
These are new roles supporting several major new projects starting in 2020.

About this role
Working part of our FCTG New Zealand Business Transformation division, this role works directly with business, technical and project teams to understand the problem and tailor a solution.
We have both 8 and 12 month contracts available and can consider you for both positions based on your application.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, review and document business processes to determine change impacts
- Build relationships and facilitate agreements with key stakeholders across the business
- Work cooperatively with Project Managers, Change Analysts and Managers, SMEs and stakeholders to achieve outcomes on budget and schedule
Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst from any industry. Project management experience will be beneficial but not required.
- 2+ years in a business analyst position
- Confidence working with and across a large project team and varied stakeholders
- Experience in business process modelling using BPMN 2.0
- Grasp of Knowledge Areas defined by BABOK
- Flexibility to travel to Australia up to 2 times per month
