Beauty Therapist - Brisbane
Experienced Beauty Therapist Contractor for 5 days per week.
Healthwise Global is the Corporate Health and Wellbeing provider for Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) and its affiliated businesses.
Started in 1999 as an in-company service to Flight Centre staff, it has since expanded to all Flight Centre brands with access to a client base of almost 2000 staff in our South Brisbane Head Office.
Job Purpose:
Heathwise Global is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join their team working 4 to 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Our Beauty & Massage Team have been servicing our clients for over 20 years and are a much-loved aspect of FCTG employees’ wellbeing.
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and dedicated Beauty Therapist who is competent in all aspects of beauty treatments including facials, massage, manicures, pedicures, waxing and more.
Our business philosophy is to develop a personalised relationship with each individual to achieve the best possible outcomes through expert skin assessments and individualized treatments.
The position requires:
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 2 Years of Salon Experience or similar
- Able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment alongside a team of allied health professionals
- Well-presented and Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Committed and Reliable
- Preferred Dermalogica and O Cosmedics training, but not essential
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate a constant passion and care for our clients and their Skincare
- Be committed to providing the highest level of customer service
- Manage all aspects of a beauty therapy business including marketing products and services through VIP client lists, ordering stock as required, and following up clients
- Work towards daily and monthly salon targets
