General Information

Job title:

New Markets – Admin Acquisition

Purpose:

Managing the onboarding of new customers into the Stokvel platform, exposing the emerging customers to the Flight Centre brand and its entire travel offering.

Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)

  1. Exhibitions: Strike up and Strike down of all activations.

Including all elements necessary to bring the activation to life.

  1. On boarding of new Stokvel members.

Converting saving into bookings, managing the full process.

  1. Assisting with the Flight Centre Stokvel admin process.

All operations including balance enquiries.

 

 

  1. Managing the communication between new markets business stakeholders.

Partners, internal and external.

Hierarchy:

Reporting to the New Markets Leader.

Key communication and relationships:

Internal: New markets team, retail consultants, accountants and marketing team.

External: Suppliers and customers.

 

Job Requirements

Education and qualification:

Minimum requirements

Added advantage

Matric Certificate

Tertiary  (Degree,Diploma,Certificate)

Experience:

  • Has worked with basic computing systems covering word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Email proficiency.
  • Outdoor exhibiting and eventing.

Location:

Johannesburg.

Travelling:

Must have own mode of transport.

Office hours:

8 Hours – 8am : 5pm

Additional:

May need to work weekends
