Purpose: |
Managing the onboarding of new customers into the Stokvel platform, exposing the emerging customers to the Flight Centre brand and its entire travel offering. |

Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs) |
Including all elements necessary to bring the activation to life. |
|||
Converting saving into bookings, managing the full process. |
||||
All operations including balance enquiries.
|
||||
|
Partners, internal and external. |
|||
Hierarchy: |
Reporting to the New Markets Leader. |
|||
Key communication and relationships: |
Internal: New markets team, retail consultants, accountants and marketing team. External: Suppliers and customers.
