We’re looking for someone who has 3 guiding principles where it relates to analytics and measurement. 1. Accuracy isn’t something that’s second fiddle; it’s the foundation for successful marketing 2. Automation of reporting and easily accessible information not only saves time, it drives agility in marketing. 3. If we don’t measure what we do, how do we truly know how we’re going?
The successful applicant will be someone who in their career has been “on the tools” where it relates to tracking web assets and campaign performance via leading platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, etc. It’s someone who understands the principles of marketing to better inform what tracking is critical to measure the success of marketing activities and the performance of our Digital Assets.
With a constant magnifying glass on how hard media channels are working for Flight Centre to drive business outcomes, this role is effectively building and maintaining that magnifying glass with a team of specialists who also have an insatiable hunger for tracking and measurement. In this role you’ll be chartered with rolling out a roadmap for improved tracking and measurement of media, which includes (and not limited to) digital channel performance, online to offline attribution (full funnel attribution) , marketing mix modelling, enquiry channel performance across phone calls, chat, online enquiry forms, store visits.
In this role you’ll leverage enterprise level technology/platforms such as Google Analytics, Big Query, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, used at Flight Centre in addition to working with our external analytics and measurement partners. You’ll work closely with the various teams across the business from technology, data services, customer intelligence, campaigns, website and retail customer experience, and the list of teams doesn’t end here. While you don’t need to be a data scientist you will have direct working relationships with the new rock stars of the business word to leverage predictive intelligence and advanced modelling to take our measurement to the next level.
