Depending on the role you applied for, you are invited either to a Recruitment Day with a group of other candidates or to a face-to-face interview.
The Recruitment Day involves role-plays, short assessments and behavioural interviews. This is a two-way opportunity for us to assess you on your suitability for the role as well as for you to find out more about Flight Centre Travel Group, the role and our development pathways so that you can make an informed decision.
Your face-to-face interview is with a member of the recruitment team or the leader of your geographical region. It’s conducted in person or via video. The interviewer asks you about your experience, skills and ambitions. It's also an opportunity for you to ask us questions.
We ask for your professional references and do pre-employment checks at this stage.
