If you're successful at your phone interview and get invited to the Group Interview (see the next step), you'll have some homework to do beforehand, which includes an online psychometric test that we'll send you via email.

Tip: There are no right and wrong questions. This test is designed to assess your thinking styles and behavioural preferences in the workplace, allowing us to pair you with the best opportunities within the business.
Group Interview

Held in one of our support offices with a group of candidates, the group interview involves role-plays, short assessments and behavioural interviews. This stage is a two-way opportunity for us to assess you on your suitability for the role as well as for you to find out more about Flight Centre Travel Group. We'll guide you through the role's details and our development pathways so that you can make an informed decision about your next career destination!

Receive an Outcome

We’ll call you to let you know of the outcome of the entire process within 3 to 5 business days of the group interview. If you receive a job offer, you will be allocated to a team and a start date for a 4-week paid training course so you can start making travel dreams come true! If you don’t make it through, we’ll be happy to give you advice and feedback about what you need to focus on in order to be successful next time you try.
